Welcome to Cope’s Rabbit Tree, a local family-owned business based right here in Grimsley, TN.
Founded by Mark and Katie Cope in 2021, our journey began raising Texas A&M rabbits in a small outdoor log cabin. As demand for high-quality, local meat grew, we expanded our operations, and in 2025, we moved into a new, temperature-controlled, clean, and efficient enclosed facility.
Starting this year, we have decided to serve our community directly. We are currently in the process of delivering fresh rabbit meat to local eateries and businesses, with plans to expand to additional restaurants in the near future.
