Ground Rabbit Burger Recipe

                                                                     

                      Ground Rabbit Burger by Katie Cope                

 

In a large bowl mix together:

2 lbs. ground rabbit meat*

Small red or yellow onion, diced

1 Packet of Lipton onion soup mix

1/2 Tbls. Worcestershire sauce

 

* Makes 4-6 patties

 

Make patties and place on baking sheet covered with wax paper

Season with your favorite burger seasonings. I use Roasted Garlic and Herb, Everything Bagel, and Pepper

Grill for approximately 8-10 minutes on each side, or to your liking

^ Keep an eye on the grill, rabbit meat can grill fast. 

 

Top with lettuce, tomato, onion 

Mayonnaise, mustard, catchup
